The Row has yet to become a part of Asia’s “must-have designers” list but this will happen sooner rather than later. Though established in 2006, it finally gained recognition in 2012 when the founders of the brand, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, won the “Women’s Wear Designer of the Year” award for The Row at the prestigious Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards.
Their collections are the perfect combination of street and hobo chic, making the brand unique as a luxury line. Our favourite bag from the Fall 2014 collection is the Crocodile Bucket in Cognac; the colour, the style and the crocodile leather make for a classic statement piece, one that will never go out of style and will definitely turn a head – or maybe two.
